Refund Policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026. The Executive Assessment is a digital product delivered immediately. This policy explains how refunds are handled.
Digital delivery
The full Executive Assessment is a one-time digital purchase. On successful payment you receive immediate access to the complete report, personalised to the answers you provided. Because delivery is instant and the content is bespoke, the product is considered delivered in full at that point.
Consumer right of withdrawal (where applicable)
Where you purchase as a consumer, EU rules provide a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content that ordinarily lapses once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By requesting immediate access you provide that consent.
Refunds at our discretion
Refunds may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances — including a technical failure on our side that prevented delivery of your assessment. If something did not work as described, contact info@dilynx.com and we will look into it and put it right where we can.
How refunds are issued
Where a refund is granted, it is returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Payment-processor fees may not be recoverable.
