Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 July 2026. These terms govern the dilynx Executive Assessment and this website. By using them you agree to these terms.
1. Operator
dilynx is operated from Thuner Str. 25, 12205 Berlin, Germany — info@dilynx.com. Full legal disclosure, including the responsible person: Impressum.
2. What dilynx is
dilynx is an executive decision-support tool. It turns the answers you provide into an evidence-based assessment and a prioritised set of recommendations for your finance organisation. It is intelligence to inform a decision — not the decision itself.
3. What dilynx is not
dilynx does not provide, and its output does not constitute: an audit or assurance engagement; accounting, tax, legal, regulatory or investment advice; or a substitute for qualified professional advisers. Using dilynx creates no auditor–client, adviser–client or fiduciary relationship.
4. No guarantees
Recommendations are generated from the information you provide together with independent benchmarks and evidence. We take great care, but we do not warrant any particular outcome, saving, valuation or result. Estimated and derived figures are labelled as such.
5. Your responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your decisions and their consequences. Recommendations should be reviewed and validated by your management — and, where appropriate, by qualified professional advisers — before you act on them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, dilynx is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions taken in reliance on the assessment. Mandatory statutory liability — including for injury to life, body or health, and for intent or gross negligence — remains unaffected, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Intellectual property
The dilynx methodology, the Executive Assessment format, the underlying models and all site content are the intellectual property of dilynx. Your assessment is provided for your and your organisation's internal use. The dilynx name and marks may not be used without permission.
8. Payment and digital delivery
The full Executive Assessment is a one-time digital purchase at the price shown at checkout (in euro, plus any applicable tax). Payment is processed by Stripe; dilynx never sees or stores your card details. Access is delivered digitally and immediately on successful payment. See our Refund Policy.
9. Availability
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may update or improve the service over time.
10. Governing law
German law applies, to the extent permitted by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction, where permitted, is Berlin.
